Located in the prime Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, you’ll be steps from the ocean, and the excitement of Main Street. The space Tidemaster 301 has everything you need for a memorable vacation. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. Have a movie night or keep up with your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TVs throughout the condo. You can’t beat the oceanfront views from the balcony! Start your mornings by watching a picturesque sunrise as you plan all the exciting things you want to do on your vacation or sit back with a tropical cocktail as the stars twinkle overhead. Tidemaster 301 has your guests’ comfort and convenience in mind. An in-unit washer and dryer are perfect for keeping up with your laundry, central heating, and air will keep you comfortable all year long, and video games and accessories ensure lots of fun to be had, even on a rainy day! Cool off in the outdoor pool or let the kids splash around in the kiddie pool. Tidemaster even has a grilling area, so don’t forget to pick up your favorite BBQ items from the store! Pool open from the weekend after Easter till October 31st only Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction. Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras: There are cameras at the entrance monitoring that area. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
