House Leo is a stunning 2 bedroom villa with beautiful lush green garden, perfect for couples, friends or families. The property is nestled on a quiet village road just walking distance from the very best massage spots, yoga, gym, beaches, shops and restaurants. Wander down the shaded winding road for a morning surf, a day at the beach, a yoga class, a workout or enjoy sunset at Mirissa beach over a meal and glass of wine. The space The property caters for all your needs with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), clothes storage, cooling concrete floors, air-conditioning (main bedroom) and ceiling fans. Rest up on our 4 seater lounge suite, and enjoy the beautiful garden with frequent visits from monkeys, peacocks, mongoose, chameleons and squirrels. Open up all windows and enjoy fresh sea breezes. Wake up to bird song and cook up a fresh breakfast in our large open plan kitchen complete with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly need. Don't rush to the supermarket as we provide milk, teas and coffee, oils and spices. We're perfectly set up for remote working, with great wifi, and multiple places to park your laptop (with lovely views). We also feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the open plan kitchen/living/dining. Enjoy a meal inside at our 6 seater dining table or outside under shade in our outdoor seating. The bathroom is complete with all your needs including 10kg washing machine, hot water shower, iron and hair dryer. We are well equipped for families with children of all ages and can offer crib, stroller, high chair, baby carrier, infant life jacket, toys, beach toys and outdoor swing. If you're looking for adventure, book in for surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or snorkelling at our Surf School at Mirissa beach. We can book in all your travel/adventure needs with reputable local providers, including whale watching, scuba diving, cooking classes, massage, Ayurvedic consults, yoga, safari trips, tuktuk or bike hire and transport. We've been told that our Villa is surprisingly peaceful and quiet given its so close to the main hub and beaches. We'd love to host you!
