We have a special workspace just for you. * A fully functional kitchen, with all modern amenities. We allow guests to smoke BUT we request guests to ONLY SMOKE in the BALCONIES or in the GARDEN space. We request our guests to NOT SMOKE INSIDE the HOUSE. The ASH TRAY is in the draw in the hall room near the remote controls. At Additional Costs: Late check outs are charged @500 per hour per person. Guests can access our clear turquoise blue private pool, garden space, and the open to sky outdoor movie space. ( A late evening movie can be set up by US on request). POOL RULES: The pool will be cleaned once a day or 2 times on request. • Please use only SWIM SUITS in the pool. • NO FOOD and DRINKS in the pool. • NO SMOKING in the pool. • NO DIVING in the pool as it is a shallow 4 ½ Feet pool. • NO LIFEGUARD on duty, please swim at your own risk. Be careful 😊 • Please DO NOT leave children unattended in or around the pool area. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 10000 on or before check-in, which is refundable during check-out (subject to damages, breakages, non-compliance with house rules, smoking inside the house, etc). The security deposit for longer stays is higher! On payment of the security deposit, the LOCKBOX code will be provided. (INDIAN NATIONALS) - We would need a valid photo ID proof before your check-in via email, Phone or on AirBNB, this is compulsory to comply with the homestay and AirBnB rules here in GOA. FREEBEES: ONE complimentary welcome hamper awaits you, along with fully stocked tea/coffee stations in every bedroom. GAMES: Chess, Jenga or cards to revive the child in you. WIFI & POWER BACKUP: It is a fully Wi-Fi enabled home. Beat the Goan heat with full power back-up including AC’s and all other appliances to ensure you have the best stay in Goa especially as power outages are common here. PARKING: Cruise into our wide driveway with your car or bike and park inside our property, which has CCTV cameras to ensure your cars and bikes are safe. CLEANING: Is done everyday kindly note the maid is available from 11-12. We offer linen change every 7 day. FOOD DELIVERIES: Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit and other services are available, they come right up to the main door UNTIL 9:59 pm. You will have to specify the villa number while ordering the same. Any delivery BEYOND 10 pm needs to be collected from MAIN gate security. GROCERIES: Swiggy Instamart & Blinkit are operational here, and you can get groceries delivered right to the door step in a few mins.
