Other things to note Please plan ahead for groceries and supplies before arriving. The closest full grocery store is in Fredonia, KS, about 25 minutes away. Fall River Café offers a small convenience store along with great breakfast and lunch options. The nearest gas station with basic store items is a Conoco about 15 minutes from the cabin. We provide a few essentials such as coffee and filters, basic soaps and cleaning supplies, plus ice and water in the fridge. Spices and cooking oils may be available, but guests should bring all food and personal items they’ll need for their stay. For a fun local spot, visit Tri-Corner, located at the entrance to the Fall River property development. It includes The Hamptons 2.0 diner, a small bar, pool tables, TVs, a fishing and bait shop, and a liquor store. Hours vary, but it's a great place to unwind when you’re not relaxing at the cabin or exploring the lake.
