Large House with a Pool

Enjoy our house with family or friends, with its large swimming pool (unheated). For years on Airbnb, we've loved to introduce our place of life, so you feel at home in a house that lives. Many outdoor spaces to relax, read, bask in the summer... Under our courtyard, very pleasant and green, you can play pool... The house has 1 wood-burning stove, 1 kitchen and 5 bedrooms, one of which is completely independent, and 1 swimming pool. The space On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (bedrooms 3 and 4), 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen; upstairs, a large living room, 2 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2) and 1 bathroom. And an independent space on 2 floors, with 1 bathroom and an area with 1 trundle bed (can sleep 2) on the ground floor and 1 bedroom upstairs (bedroom 5). The house is equipped with air conditioning on the ground floor (2 bedrooms and the living room). We personally use it very little, both for ecological and economic reasons, but also because this stone house, if it is well ventilated in the morning and closed during the day when it is very hot, stays cool on the ground floor. You can use this reversible air conditioning (it is primarily our method of heating in winter) in the middle of summer. However, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee in the event of excessive consumption (upon presentation by us of the daily consumption readings, of course). We have 2 cats that stay on site and stay outside, but we will ask you to feed them, please... There is also the mare Fleurette, who sometimes needs water. Thank you!!!!
