Our condo is centrally located to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, low density and is located on the ground floor of the complex. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath unit, with a fully equipped kitchen, living, dining and laundry room. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Our guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, flat screen tv and adjacent bathroom. The living room has 2 very comfortable couches, an ottoman and a large flat screen smart tv. The dining room includes a counter height table with seating for 4. The kitchen comes stocked with a wide range of cooking essentials. Upon exiting the living room through the backdoor, you will find our outdoor patio which is just steps away from the beach. It is a beachside condo with private access to the gorgeous white sandy beaches via the boardwalk which also has an outdoor shower. Just in front of our unit is the outdoor pool which includes restrooms. There is also an outdoor grill/seating area located on the property if you prefer cooking yourself rather than going to the restaurants. The property includes free gated parking and free WiFi. ** Rules No smoking No pets No large groups Minimum age to rent is 25 Guests must deposit all trash into the dumpster located on the property Guests must either load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it or hand wash them. Leave dirty towels and bathcloths on the floor upon leaving. 2 vehicle limit for free parking Check in- 3:00 P.M. Check out- 11:00 A.M. Cancellation policy- if cancellation is made 14 days or sooner than the arrival date, no refund will be given. If cancellation is made more than 30 days before arrival date, a refund of 50% will be issued. Security deposit- a minimum of $250 will be required in order to cover potential damages during your stay, but not processed unless damages are incurred.
