Ground floor: Enjoy the cozy living room with wood-burning stove and TV (including Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven/microwave. You will also find a separate toilet, a washing machine and dryer. First floor: The spacious bedroom features a TV. In the study room there is a comfortable sofa bed, and the bathroom offers everything you need. Outdoor space: The spacious city garden with a beautiful tree is a wonderful place to relax. Take advantage of the luxurious garden set and enjoy the green surroundings. At the front of the house is a cutting cabinet where local residents regularly exchange plants – a nice extra!
