It has two floors, a sunny garden and a shed. Ground floor: Enjoy the cozy living room, filled with plants and a large TV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, and oven/microwave. You will also find here a separate toilet, a washing machine and dryer. 1st floor: The spacious bedroom features a TV. In the study there is a comfortable sofa bed, and the bathroom offers everything you need. Outside space: The spacious city garden with a beautiful tree is a lovely place to relax. Make use of the luxurious garden set and enjoy the green surroundings. At the front of the house there is a cutter cupboard where neighbors regularly exchange plants – a nice extra!
