Backyard Guesthouse near Nelson w/ Hot Tub

Unwind in this simple but peaceful backyard guesthouse, just a short drive from downtown Nelson. Enjoy a private 2 person hot tub and stargaze, separate queen bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with fireplace and Roku TV, and a secure storage shed for your bikes or ski gear. Level 2 EV charger is available upon request. Perfect for a quiet retreat or a base for nearby trail adventures. The space The property on in a semi-rural area in Blewett, a 8-10min drive to town. Guests are more than welcome to walk in the backyard forest space at the back of the property. Please note access to guesthouse is through our home's grassy backyard area, approximately 80m from the dedicated parking space. We have some lights but if you're arriving at dark, you may want to use an additional flashlight or phone light. Not well suited for those with mobility issues. Winter use may mean there is snow on the ground which is shovelled and the area around guesthouse is salted where there are paving stones. The guesthouse itself and the hot tub is very private. Guest access Guest access is via smart door lock and code will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. Other things to note -please ensure any dogs are on-leash at all times on the property -If you would like to use the EV charger, please let me know ahead of time and I'll provide parking instructions for this - although the guesthouse area is private, guests are required to walk through our grassy backyard (less than 100m) to reach the front door. We clear a path in the winter if there is snow but it is still not very well suited for those with mobility issues or concerns with winter conditions. - there are chickens on the property near the guesthouse and if they're laying we always leave a few for guests.
