Villa Margherite e Marzapane – adults only

The villa is located within the Nomentum nature reserve and offers the utmost privacy and relaxation. Just a 1-minute walk away is the bus stop that takes you directly to Rome Tiburtina Station or Monterotondo. The accommodation consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 independent bathrooms. Outside, there is an equipped wooden patio in a garden surrounded by greenery. You can park your car inside the villa. The space The accommodation has been completely renovated with a modern and elegant style, characterized by several original elements that make it unique. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat at home. The "Margherite" room is furnished with a double bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The special feature of this room is the presence of an open glass shower, ideal for a couple. The "Marzapane" room is also furnished with a double bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both rooms have a private bathroom with a heated towel rail, shower, bidet and hairdryer. There is also a view of a portion of a private courtyard, with two deckchairs per room. Both rooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning. Outside we find a garden surrounded by the greenery of the Nomentum nature reserve. In addition to private parking, there is a wooden patio equipped with chairs, tables, sofas, a barbecue and a hammock, perfect for a breakfast or lunch with a view of Rome from above (here you can also see St. Peter's in the distance). The outdoor lighting also creates a beautiful atmosphere for a relaxing dinner. There is also an outdoor bathroom near the patio. The entire property, both inside and outside, is covered by a WIFI network. Guest access The accommodation is entirely private, while the garden and parking lot are shared with me and a small cocker named Bruski! The dog is not outside, but sometimes during the day he wants to take a walk in the garden... he is the best dog in the world, but in case of special needs I can let him out on a leash.
