The space Step into your bright and high-quality furnished temporary home, which has been designed with a lot of love for detail. The 72 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and promises a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Living and dining area: Spacious living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV with internet function. Large dining table for shared meals and game nights. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction range, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, thermos flask, blender Including initial supplies: coffee powder & filters, tea, sugar, oil, spices, dishwasher tablets, dish towels Bedrooms: Three stylish and private bedrooms. Each with a comfortable king size bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m), its own smart TV, ample storage space and charging facilities. For 2 people, we provide 1 bed as standard. If more beds/bedrooms are needed, please let us know in advance when booking. Bathrooms: Modern bathroom with a modern rain shower and illuminated mirror. High-quality toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) and fluffy towels are included. Terrace & hot tub: Your personal highlight is the partially private, heated hot tub on a separate, covered terrace one floor below the apartment. Relaxing hours in the open air are guaranteed. Please inform us before your arrival if you would like to use the hot tub. Baby crib, highchair and changing mat on request (€8 flat rate) Guest access During your stay, you will have unrestricted and exclusive access to the entire apartment. This includes all rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. In addition, the partially private, covered terrace with the heated hot tub, which is located one floor below the apartment, is available for your exclusive use. Check-in is flexible and contactless via self-check-in, so you can arrive anytime after the agreed time. However, for technical, weather-related or hygienic reasons, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
