Pellet heating stove is situated ready for the winter months A small front balcony faces the road , with a larger back balcony with bench seating for 8 overlooking the garden. Decend down the marble staircase to the ground floor. Downstairs there is a cafe bar lounge area with sofa , original marble table & 4 chairs, bar stools, a multi use coffee machine plus a Mocha pot perculator. An additional Pellet burning stove heating is provided for winter months. Home cinema is provided with a 4K projector & 100 inch screen. WiFi connection throughout the house, garden & pool. Additional VPN system coverage provides home access.
