Luxury Home near University of the South

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. There's lots of room to spread out and the kitchen has everything you might need. The property has the Mountain Goat Trail along one side and the Perimeter Trail on another. It's very convenient to all the activities at the University. The Yard is huge and great for lawn games. The space Bedroom #1 - King bed can be converted to 2 singles. The attached bath has double sinks, grab bars, and a bidet. The shower is not a roll-in. There are 2 portable shoer chairs available. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, attached bath same as #1, but no bidet. Bedroom #3 - Double bed, shares Jack&Jill bath with #4. This bath has a tub shower. Bedroom #4 - Queen bed, shares Jack&Jill bath with #3. The house is handicap accessible: no steps to come into the house, all doors are over 34" wide. The 2 private baths have grab bars throughout. There is an office that contains many books, games and puzzles, as well as a few toys for the little ones. There's a Smart TV with Direct TV satellite, and a DVD player. There are also a few DVD's, including kids' movies. (Lassie, anyone?) Guest access Guests have the use of the entire house and yard. You can go through my adjacent yard to access the trails. Other things to note This house if off Highway 41A, between the University of the South and Saint Andrews Sewanee School. There is plenty of hiking, with the 20-mile Perimeter Trail and the 12-mile paved Mountain Goat Trail just outside the door.
