It is in a prime location. 10 minutes from the beach or 25 minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain. You are 5 miles from the Santa Paula Punch Bowls for a nice hike or steps away from downtown historical Santa Paula. The space This is an RV, not a hotel room. If you are looking for luxury this place is not for you. This is for simple people that are looking for a nice cozy bed, hot shower (you must switch water heater on and wait 20 minutes), and enjoys the sounds of nature. You will hear birds chirping. If birds bothers you, then this place is not for you. The RV sits under 3 Oak trees and has fire pit and picnic table outside. Guest access The RV sits at the back of the property. To access the RV you must drive down a drive way and open the double gates with the key that is in the lockbox. Other things to note There is another RV on the property that rents out as well. There is plenty of parking on the premises.
