Other things to note The Bubblers in the spa are currently not working and the Pool is not Heated. 2 Exterior Cameras. One faces Driveway and the Other faces pool heater/home water system. Pool Maintenance and Lawn Maintenance services are done weekly. Maintenance must have access to the backyard. House Rules Smoking - To maintain a fresh smelling home and avoid the damage cigarettes in the home. A violation fee of $500 will apply to any booking whom smokes either Marihuana or Tobacco products inside of the home regardless if there is a medical need or not. Parties or Events - To avoid noise and property damage, we do not allow parties or Number of Guests - Undeclared guests are not allowed at any time. If you'd like to add more guests, please contact the host before guest arrival to discuss the possibility of adding them. Noise – As this is a quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing our neighbors. A 10 PM noise ordinance must be strictly followed. Alcohol/ Drugs - No one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol on the property. No illegal drug use is permitted. Pool - All glass must be kept away from the outside patio and pool area. Removing glass from inside the pool requires draining and cleaning, a bill neither of us want. Plastic cups only. Kids must be supervised at all times near the pool. A safety fence is available for guests to set up around the pool. Let us know if you'd like this feature installed prior to arrival. No dogs in the pool. Grill - To avoid burning or staining the siding, please make sure grill is pulled away from the house and overhang before use. Please ensure the propane is replaced prior to departure, or kindly pay the cost through the app. $20 fee. Indoor Furniture - Pool chemicals and sunscreens are hard on fabric and furniture so we ask guests not sit on the indoor furniture with wet swimsuits. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Fireplace - Please ensure to use the outdoor fireplace located in the backyard. The fireplace in the pool area is not permitted. Kindly replace the firewood upon arrival or pay a $20 fee through the app. Air Conditioning - Please do not set the air conditioning below 70 degrees. To limit your electric charges, don't AC the tropics leaving the patio door open. Flushables - Please do not flush feminine products/non TP down the toilet. Towels/ Make-up - Please use the dark towels provided for make up Removal. Garbage Disposal - Please avoid a service call by not jamming large quantities of vegetable waste down the disposal. Pet Policy We love our furry additions to the family and are happy to welcome them into our home! If you plan to bring t pets, please disclose to the host and that the pet is added to the booking. Please ensure they are not left unattended in the home at any time. If your pet feels more comfortable in a crate, we encourage you to bring one along to help them feel at ease. For their safety and the comfort of our neighborhood, please keep your pets on a leash when walking them. Please keep pets off the beds and furniture to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home, and no shedding dogs are allowed in the pool to help keep it clean and enjoyable for all guests.
