It has a small kitchen, living room, full bathroom, two bedrooms. Here you can enjoy a trip with friends, or vacation with your family and know Oaxaca and its surroundings, with autonomous entrance, we give you the keys and we live in the adjoining house to help you or make recommendations if you wish and according to your affinities The space The apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown by private car or taxi, 15 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes walking, is located in a peripheral area to the city center but relatively close, 2.3 km from the zocalo. The accommodation has a double bed in the first room, and two single beds in the second, is ideal for 4 people but has a sofa-bed in the living room that can be conditioned for a traveler at an extra cost. It is located on the first floor of a building with 3 floors, on the ground floor there are commercial premises and on the first and second floor there are 4 apartments, two of them available for travelers. In the kitchen you will find stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils so you can prepare your own food, there is a very nice dining room for 4 people and a living room where you can read, simply relax or work on your computer. Both rooms have a fan for hot days, yet the apartment has very good ventilation and windows through which a beautiful natural light enters. Guest access The apartment is completely independent, so everything you can see in the photos is exclusive for travelers. It is a newly remodeled apartment, has a solar heater that provides hot water, also has wifi internet with good speed, light and gas to power the stove and oven. There is a carport through which you have to pass to enter the apartment, but it is not available to guests. Other things to note The apartment is located between two busy and important roads of the neighborhood, therefore there is usually noise that can not be controlled, half a block away there is a bar where they usually put music, we sleep without problems but if you are very susceptible to noise we recommend you bring with you something to cover your ears, we believe that this will not affect your rest.
