Charming Colonial House in Center

Our colonial house with pool and kitchen in the heart of Granada is located close to the famous street "Calle La Calzada" – where you can find several bars and restaurants – but far enough from the noise. Nearby to "Lake Cocibolca" you always enjoy a fresh breeze. Eat at one of the best restaurants in Nicaragua – "Cafe de los Sueños" – buy local handcrafts and art. Free welcome drink for our guests who want to stay some nights in a beautiful room with terrace. The space Just renovated, painted, decorated and ready to receive people to experience a chilly time in our beautiful colonial house with pool, kitchen, a small garden, a balcony, a room to eat and work and a big lodge to watch movies and have a wine. We also have cabinets and closets for your clothes and things, a washing machine and aircon in the sleeping room with own bathroom and shower. Additional small bathroom in the common room. During your stay I will be sleeping downstairs in my bedroom and working during the day in my restaurant "Cafe de los Sueños", where I would invite you to dine. Other things to note Bring your swimming pants and a laptop with Netflix to connect with the huge TV in the lodge! Wash your clothes in the house and cook your own food in the big kitchen. Everything in Granada is nearby. Bars, restaurants, a bakery, tour operators, a gym and a place for Yoga. ENjoy walking through the colorful streets of Granada or take a Taxi for 10 Cords (30 cents!).
