The space 💫Open and airy with stylish flair, the home features an upper deck and lower patio with an abundance of outdoor living. 🏡🏡Aside from the outdoors, there is NO shared space with the main house and guest house or shared entryways between the homes. These are truly two separate homes! **MAIN HOUSE:** - Accommodates 4 guests with all the amenities you could need and more! Approximately 1,600 sq ft. - ALL OF THE MAIN HOUSE LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR. - Primary Bedroom: Enjoy a relaxing King-sized bed, complemented by a large luxury bathroom with heated floors and a rainfall shower. - Queen Bedroom: A serene space with a comfortable Queen bed and a built-in desk, perfect for remote work. - Gourmet Kitchen: Designed for entertaining with high-end finishes, modern appliances, and island with seating for 5. Dining table (seats 6) on balcony in summer and moved indoors in cooler months. - Living Room: Unwind on the plush Pottery Barn sofa, sink into the leather swivel chair, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. Smart key codes will be given prior to check in. Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that there are stairs so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority! Other things to note 👋If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach. 🏠🏠There is no shared space or access between the primary and guest house. Each have completely separate entries. 🚂While the home does have stunning lake views, it does not have lake access. There are also train tracks that run along the lake with a train that blows its horn. White noise machines provided. ❌The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. 🏡The home does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard. 🤫The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed. ❌The basement is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
