This is a clean comfortable space, perfect for a stay in a quiet neighborhood. The room has one double bed and a futon couch. There is a Pack n Play available for those traveling with small children. The guest bathroom is shared, but private. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and living room if desired. If you use the kitchen, please clean it. There are SEVERE allergies to animals and peanuts in the house. There will be other guests in the house that will share the bathroom. The space The house is a 5-10 minute walk from hiking/biking trails on Mount Elden. We are about 5 miles from NAU campus and 16 miles from skiing/snowboarding at Arizona Snowbowl. I will not be at the house during your stay. My parents are great and very welcoming. I will be available to answer questions through the Airbnb website/app. There is no air conditioning but there are fans available if it's hot during your stay and you are welcome to open windows. There is another bedroom in the house that is also listed on Airbnb for people to stay in.
