Move into the Formal Dining Room, where natural light pours in through large windows overlooking a charming outdoor area and garden. The elegant dining table extends to seat 6-10 guests, perfect for intimate meals. As day turns to night, the modern light fixture and mirrored accents create a warm and sophisticated ambiance, while the nearby kitchen offers casual dining options with a dine-in table and spacious island. The Chef’s Kitchen features an open layout with expansive counter space and storage. Appliances include: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave. Alongside these appliances we also provide many gadgets and specialty tools such as: an air fryer, rice cooker, instant pot, toaster, blenders, toaster oven, a mixer and so much more; it’s perfect for creating anything from simple breakfasts to elaborate feasts. All of the tools you'll need are supplied, whether it's a citrus juicer, chef's knives, baking essentials, a charcuterie set, pots and pans or a mixology setup, we have everything you need to make yourself at home. A coffee bar with espresso, tea, and coffee options adds a touch of indulgence as well. Feel free to snack and chat around the island or sit for a casual lunch in the dine-in area with a 4-6 person table surrounded by windows and light. Tucked-away you'll also find the laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and ironing tools, ensuring every convenience is at hand. Off the kitchen, step into the Great Room, a showstopper with 20+ foot vaulted ceilings and natural light streaming through two stories of space. Everything about this room is oversized, from the 10-seater sectional couch to the 80 inch SMART TV. Supplied with enough cozy blankets and fluffy pillows for everyone, this room is the ultimate spot for movie nights, game days, or quiet moments of relaxation. As you venture off of the Great Room, you'll be greeted by double doors, entering the opulent First-Floor Primary Suite, draped in golden velvet curtains and adorned with a California King bed featuring an orthopedic mattress and luxury bedding. The spa-style on-suite bathroom boasts double sinks, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area. Indulge in the bath bar, complete with bath salts, bombs, and essentials, or enjoy the expansive walk-in closet for extended stays. As you walk back through the Living Room to make your way upstairs, a centrally located Half Bathroom on the first floor offers easy access for all guests, beautifully styled with luxe decor and fragrant soaps. Ascend the staircase to the Game Loft, a cozy space for friendly competition or casual lounging. Gather around with a large variety of board games, all cleverly stored within the couch. Some of the games available include: Monopoly, Boggle, Scattergories, Cards, Chess, Checkers, Guess Who, Clue, Uno, Life, Pictionary, Apples to Apples, and many more! Have a larger group? Don't worry, we have provided stylish and comfortable seating pillows so you can strategically sit around the table for those face-to-face challenges! Straight off of the game loft, you'll enter The Mauve Room, a secondary primary suite featuring a luxurious King bed, dedicated workspace with desk, SMART TV, and a spacious closet. This retreat combines comfort and function, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. The second floor also includes a Full Bathroom, complete with double sinks, a tub/shower combo, and premium body products to enhance your self-care routine. The bathroom is centrally located with easy access right off of the loft and in between Bedrooms 2 and 3. Multiple towels are provided for each guest as well. Next to the bathroom you'll find The Blue Room, offering chic comfort and a serene escape with neighborhood views, a Queen bed with an orthopedic mattress, and a pull-out trundle bed for additional guests. Beautifully designed with light blue, cream and rust accents, it includes a SMART TV, large closet, and cozy bedding for both beds. Finally, enter The Sage Room, which echoes earthy luxury with its soft green and burnt clay palette, featuring an orthopedic Queen bed and a full pull-out trundle. A SMART TV and private closet make this room a restful retreat for all. The two-car garage provides secure parking, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay. Cameras on the exterior of the home provide an extra layer of security as well. Between the months of May and September, enjoy a morning coffee on the front terrace or a meal on the back patio, both offering serene outdoor spaces to soak in the neighborhood’s charm. During warmer months, the yard and furnished outdoor areas are perfect for family time or quiet relaxation. During the cooler months, outdoor furniture and amenities will be in storage. Every space in this home has been designed to make your stay truly unforgettable—a luxurious retreat where comfort and experience converge. Guests have access to all spaces in the home with the exception of 1 storage closet and the unfinished basement which is also used for storage and replenishment. These areas have coded locks and will not be available for guests to enter. Other things to note The price per night is based on a base of 3 people per stay, there will be an additional fee for anyone beyond that of $25 per night which is included when booking the property. This pricing system allows us to keep the price lower for smaller parties especially with cleaning and provided amenities, and keeps pricing fair for larger parties as we charge the same cleaning fee but pay extra when multiple bedrooms are used. We simply ask that you are honest when booking as any additional guests that have not been paid for upfront will result in the booking being terminated without a refund. The cameras outside are there for guest and property protection but they are also monitored to ensure the space and rates are respected based on the regulations. Please just let us know if you have any changes to your reservations and guest count and we can adjust billing accordingly if it happens after your initial booking.
