The perfect place for a vacation close to nature. The space We offer a 40m2 year-round cottage with air conditioning and heating, located on a hill. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed (2 people) and bedding, a table with two chairs and a kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen accessories). The stairs lead to the mezzanine with a large double bed, a bookcase, a place to work (desk and office chair) and a storage space (dresser and wardrobe). From the living room you can go out onto a wooden terrace overlooking the San Valley and the town of Słonne. Behind the cottage, guests can use a covered seating area, consisting of a table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and an electric grill. The surrounding space is not fenced. The property is surrounded by farmland. From the hill there is a view of the San Valley, the forests of the Dynowski Foothills and the town of Słonne. Below the cottage there is a square with two parking spaces. Other things to note The house is characterized by an open space in which the bedroom is located on the mezzanine. If you are coming with friends, make sure that the limited privacy conditions will suit all guests. The plot on which the house is located is surrounded by agricultural crops. During your stay, agricultural work may take place causing disturbances to the peace.
