The space The Dawn is a charming three-story home designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring warm, soft lighting and modern furnishings throughout. It's an inviting getaway where new memories await. Layout & Rooms: Main Floor: Features a welcoming living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and a Smart TV for entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is ready for your culinary adventures, complemented by a convenient breakfast nook. Upstairs: Offers three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms includes a cozy daybed, perfect for reading or napping. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected or work remotely. Amenities: Modern Comforts: Air conditioning, central heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the home. Note: In summer months upstairs can get pretty warm, but we try our best to provide you with the fans you need to stay comfortable. Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer. Entertainment: Challenge your companions to a game on the foosball table or a game of pacman. Outdoor Space: Step outside to your private, fenced-in backyard, where you can gather around the inviting patio with a lit fire pit on cool Ohio evenings. We provide a grill so you can barbeque your favorite food. Note: We have one firepit that is propane and we also have one that is wood burning. However, we do not provide wood for firepit. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two-story home, including the private fenced backyard and all listed amenities. Specific check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy start to your stay.
