This harming apartment is situated on the first floor offering magnificent views over the golf course and the sea The space Located on the first floor, the apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed with access to a small terrace equipped with table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with cooking facilities, a bathroom with shower cabin, a dining table, TV sit in the small living room where you have a sofa bed, and a terrace equipped with sofas and seats to maximize the marvelous view over the golf course to the sea. There is a TV, WIFI, washing machine, kitchen supplies, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The apartment forms part of the Pebble Beach complex and has 3 swimming pools available for guests, all heated during the winter. The small Marina and the newly built promenade along the sea leads to the fishing-village of Los Abrigos. The San Blas shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops are reachable whitin a few minute drive, as are the golf courses of Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur. Bed linen and towels are included (1 set of sheets and 2 towels per person). Change of linen is available on request and for an extra charge. We can offer flexible arrival and departure times if possible by prior arrangement. Please note that for arrivals after 22:00, a surcharge is payable on arrival. A surcharge of €100 will be charged for lost or broken keys.
