The apartment is perfectly located, 2 minutes' walk to Saint-Roch train station, 100 meters to the tram and 3 minutes to Place de la Comédie. You can enjoy the sun all morning on the city balconies🌞 You will find everything you need in the supermarkets next door as well as Les Halles Laissac on the corner.
