Barn Lodge is a three bedroom cottage positioned at the end of a 15th century Tithe Barn located on a working farm, the home of Louis Pommery UK. Offering a home from home luxurious feel throughout. The cottage is incredibly cosy, comfortable and has everything one would need for a quiet and peaceful stay in alresford. Set amongst beautiful countryside, overlooking watercress beds but only a 10/15 minute walk along a chalk stream river path to Alresford. Family friendly and pet friendly. The space On entering Barn lodge there is a spacious hallway with plenty of room to hang coats and store wellies and outdoor kit. Off the hallway is a downstairs w/c and laundry room with washing machine. The family bathroom is accessed via the hallway and offers a bath and power shower. The open plan kitchen/ sitting/ dining area overlooks the watercress beds. Within the kitchen there is a Bosch oven and gas hob, nespresso coffee machine, fridge and in the pantry is plenty more storage and freezer and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped. The round dining table seats 4 people comfortably. Within the sitting area there is an armchair and three person sofa, TV with internet (Netflix etc), ottoman and storage. Upstairs comprises of a Master bedroom with super King John Lewis pocket sprung mattress and feather duvet and pillows, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair. In addition there is a rather convenient sink. Bedroom 2 is a king size bed again very comfortable with feather duvet/pillows, built in wardrobe, chest of drawer and sink. This bedroom has a door leading through to bedroom 3, a single bedroom with room for a travel cot if required. Please note to access bedroom 3 one has to walk via bedroom 2 Local milk will be provided, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil.
