Welcome to the Great Lake House! Our spacious, bright & comfortable home sits on the shore of Lake Ontario. Relaxation is easy here with the lake and stunning sunsets in the backyard, a hot tub room, upper outdoor balcony, and multiple seating areas for hanging out! Large enough for multiple families; cozy enough to make you want to stay. Fifteen minutes to Niagara Falls, very close to quaint towns; Lewiston and Youngstown, the Niagara Wine Trail, Buffalo and Canada. Year-round beauty! The space Our home features two distinct floors all in one home. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen) and 2 full baths, laundry, living room with fireplace, dining area, full kitchen & hot tub room. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms; (1 King, 1 Twin, 1 Queen, 1 full bath with jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower with multiple jets, large dining area and full large and well-stocked kitchen. Living room with fireplace and amazing panoramic lake views. The peaceful bedroom off of the kitchen has more comfortable seating, additional TV, queen size bed and access to the upper outdoor balcony with amazing view overlooking the lake. The finished basement offers a play area for kids and a lounge area where adults can comfortably sit and enjoy a cocktail. TV's: run by Firestick; sign in to Netflix or Amazon Prime with your account. Free apps available include: Tubi, Freevee, and YouTube and other live TV apps available on the Firestick. Be sure to sign out after using your account Our tranquil backyard offers peace and quiet, gorgeous sunsets and views, a deck right on the water, a firepit, and is the perfect setting for creating new memories with family and friends. The "Little Lake House" is a cozy addition which kids and teens will enjoy as their own quiet space--or use it for that afternoon nap for yourself. Less than 15 minutes to the Canadian border and only a mile from the parkway with Thruway access to nearby Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Large enough for multiple families & friends with room to be separate when desired; cozy enough to make you want to stay. Enjoying your stay at the Great Lake House is a breeze! Guest access The entire home is yours to use. A code for keypad will be sent to you before arrival. Free parking outside of garage for up to 4 vehicles. (no access to garage) Other things to note Always keep in mind that the lake is not only beautiful, but can be dangerous. With this in mind, we ask that you never leave kids unattended in the back yard and never allow them (any age) to access the water unattended.
