Historic house in the heart of Sedini Charming 14th-century residence in the quiet village of Sedini, opposite the Church of Sant'Andrea and just 10 minutes from the sea. This peaceful corner will transport you to another era, while offering the convenience of free parking under the house. The house is spread across 3 levels with steep stairs, so it is not suitable for families with small children, but perfect for those looking for an authentic and relaxing retreat. The space House on 3 levels: Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with bunk bed and double sofa bed, ideal for children or additional guests. First floor: Large living room with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen, main bathroom with shower and toilet, and a nice terrace with access to a small bathroom with toilet. Bedroom 2 with double bed and private shower with chromotherapy. On this floor there is also an additional room with a double sofa bed and another bathroom with a toilet. Second floor: Bedroom 3 with double bed and direct access to the large terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Guest access Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Other things to note Welcome to our historic home! This house dates back to the 1300s and we recently renovated it, keeping it as a refuge for our family. When we are not present, we are happy to share it with guests like you. We kindly ask you to treat it with care, as we are very fond of it. Important rules - to be read before your stay: Windows and fixtures: As they are original, they may let water through during heavy rains. We ask you to carefully close the shutters and blinds every time you leave the apartment, because in Sedini thunderstorms can arrive suddenly. Separate collection: Separate collection in Sedini is daily. You will find a card in the green wall cabinet in the living room that indicates the collection days for each type of waste. You can leave the waste on the corner under the house, next to the large public ash container. Wet waste: Use compostable bags and put them in the orange bin (which you will find behind the fridge). Paper: You can leave it directly in the other orange basket, without a bag. Plastic and metal: Use a transparent bag. Before you leave, remember to remove all waste from the house. If you happen to miss the collection day, you can use the public bin in the square, except for organic waste, which must be disposed of elsewhere. Showers: The shower drain system is a bit slow. We ask you to avoid clogging it with hair or other materials. If you notice a build-up of water, please open the drain and remove any obstructions. Fireplace: For safety reasons, please do not use the fireplace. TV remote control: It is located behind the television. Wi-Fi: We don't have Wi-Fi, but the 4G connection works perfectly. Main terrace: If you wish to use the terrace, you can assemble the table, chairs and deckchairs that you find in room 3. Remember to bring the table back inside in case of rain. The wooden table must be moved by two people and passed through the French window diagonally. Extra blankets: If you feel cold, you will find extra blankets in the wooden box in room 3. For check-out: Do not leave food in the fridge. Please wash and store used dishes and utensils before departure. Remove all trash from the house. Close all windows and shutters.
