Guest access The entire house is for guests to enjoy. The Pontoon is locked for safety purposes, as fishing boats may be docked there. A key to the pontoon is provided. Guests may SAFELY enjoy sitting there, fishing or swimming. However, the boats are off-limits!!! An outdoor shower is available right in front of the boat shed entry. Please do not use the hose. The sauna on the basement floor is locked and not to be used or entered. Other things to note This is a waterfront property. Please supervise children at all times when on the water. The pontoon's gate is locked and accessible with a key provided in the boat shed. A boat is docked on one side of the pontoon. Boarding the boat or changing its tie-down is not permitted. This is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Please, at all times: No loud music, respectable tones, absolutely, at any time, no more guests than booked. Parking: The indoor garage provides ample space for two large cars. Any other car must park in the parking bay, only 50 meters (1-minute walk) to the north. Registration Details PID-STRA-69958
