Beautiful self contained new build annex, Farnham

Nestled in a serene woodland setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this tranquil new build, modern, self-contained annex offers the perfect stay. Whether you want to explore the South Downs, visit friends & family, or need an overnight stay for work, we are less than 2 miles from Farnham train station and town. We are on the doorstep to Bourne Woods, Waverley Abbey, Frensham Ponds (with its inland beach) and many other National Trust places. Self check-in upon arrival. The space The entrance opens up into a beautiful kitchen and dining space. The brand new kitchen has underfloor heating, Quooker hot tap, inbuilt oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge (with small freezer compartment) and washing machine. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, including a Nespresso machine with 1 coffee pod provided per person as a welcome drink. For coffee lovers there is also a cafetière available to use (do bring your own favourite ground coffee) and we provide instant coffee too. If you love the Nespresso pods please do bring some extra with you. A small jug of fresh milk will also be provided in the fridge to get you started. Upstairs the open plan space is split into two areas. A smaller living space with sofa, beanbag and digital TV with Sky Stream (including Sky Sports). The sleeping area has 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. The bathroom with walk in shower is off the sleeping area. Towels will be provided. We have air conditioning upstairs keeping it super cool in the summer and lovely and toasty in the winter. Please note that we are a no smoking or vaping property (both inside and anywhere outside on the premises). Guest access Plenty of secure parking available in large driveway. Self check-in with code released upon booking. Other things to note ✅Strictly no smoking or vaping on the property or anywhere in the grounds. ✅No electric vehicle charging. ✅We have 13 chickens (and sometimes spare free-range eggs)! ✅We love animals but don’t accept doggy friends to stay as we often let our chickens roam free.
