Supermarket and restaurants located only a short 5 min drive to Pegasus. The space Welcome to our lovingly renovated 1950s beach cottage! This charming bach features three bedrooms: a double and a single room within the main cottage, and a spacious king bedroom just 5 meters from the back door, between the main house and the back courtyard. The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a breakfast bar, perfect for gathering and sharing meals. The bathroom and laundry facilities are combined in a shared space. Originally built as a holiday home, the cottage's compact design is ideal for a couple, and can accommodate up to four guests. Its cozy size is part of its unique charm. Outside, you'll find a landscaped area with a large front deck complete with an outdoor dining setting, and a covered courtyard at the back featuring a seating area and BBQ, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Guest access Parking on site for two vehicles. There is plenty of off-street parking out the front of the property for larger vehicles/towing if needed. Property is located in a private right of way so it is important to keep clear of access lane so others can still access their homes.
