This charming Adirondack home recently renovated sits on 3 beautiful acres with Lake Champlain beachfront. Enjoy the beauty around from the large screened-in porch of this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home (handicapped accessible). Walk the short tree lined path to access the lake where you can swim, fish, kayak or simply sit and enjoy the spectacular views. Relax with a good book or enjoy time with family and friends! (Stairs to the beach may be difficult for people with ambulatory issues). The space The Lake House Retreat is your opportunity for a relaxing home away from home visit on Lake Champlain in the beautiful Adirondacks! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom on the main floor. Also a second main floor bedroom has a full bed with a bathroom right across the hall. The oversized upstairs bedroom with a large picture window has two queen beds with a full bathroom right next door. You will find whatever you need in our fully equipped kitchen or choose to barbecue in the backyard. Gather family and fiends on the large comfy living room sectional for a movie night. Grab a cup of coffee and welcome the arrival of morning from the expansive screened front porch. Enjoy all that Lake Champlain has to offer. Take a 5 minute drive downtown to visit historic Essex, ride the Essex Ferry to discover Vermont, explore Lake Placid, hike the high peaks, or dive into history at Fort Ticonderoga. Discover many other local areas of interest. Retreat here with family and friends! * PLEASE be advised that the lake on the property does not have a lifeguard on duty. All swimming and water activities are undertaken at your own risk. Guest access Parking is plentiful and guests have full access to the property and house with exception of the garage, shed, basement and two small storage areas. Other things to note This house is equipped with an automatic generator to ensure consistent power during your visit even if inclement weather causes local power outages. A new stairway provides easy access to our lakefront beach. The stairs may present a challenge for those with mobility limitations. There's an EV charger just down the street at the Willsboro visitor's center. * PLEASE be advised that the lake on the property does not have a lifeguard on duty.
