All communication during guest stay and check in-check out process must be via host. • Guest must ensure contact details listed on Airbnb is valid and reachable. COMMUNICATION Communication throughout stay will be via Airbnb App or WA. DURING STAY • Please do not make a loud noise in the apartment. • This is a NON SMOKING apartment • We do not provide a daily cleaning. It's a self service apartment. PARKING We don't provide a membership parking space, if you bring a car, you need to pay the parking fee per hours on the apartment regulations. (If you stay more than 2 weeks, we will give the parking card, so you don't need pay the parking fees). Please don't lost the Access Card and the Unit Key, otherwise we'll charge you for losing it.
