The Negzzd – the lodge sits on nearly two acres on a smaller hillside. The estate includes a small “private forest”, a vineyard, a hundred wooden orchards. Buildings smoothly into the landscape while meeting all the necessary amenities. Modern nomadic style, with smaller cabanas and a vibe you can't feel in any luxury hotel. The space LODGE #1 AND LODGE #2 Within the nearly two-acre estate, we built only two apartments. All this consciously, to experience the utmost intimacy and a sense of nature. Lodge #1 is located in the middle of a 550-acre vineyard planted with Kadarka, overlooking the city and the starting slopes of the Szekszárd wine region. We can comfortably accommodate 4 people in the building. The apartment has a floor area with a terrace of 110 sqm, of which the bedroom is 18 sqm. The separate bedroom of Lodge #1 has a double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed. The building is equipped with one bathroom. Lodge #2 is located at the top of our orchard of more than a hundred fruit trees. This guest house can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with a floor space – including a terrace – 145 sqm, of which the bedrooms measure 15 sqm and 13 sqm. Lodge #2 is also available for our guests with disabilities, there is a barrier-free parking in front of the building. The two separate bedrooms in the building have a double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room allows you to relax comfortably. There are two bathrooms in Lodge #2. Our estate is a 15-minute walk from the city center, and the wineries in the area can be reached at the same pace. The surrounding wonderful vineyards can be visited on the sloping, so-called pitch roads. Two of our electric bikes can be rented (more information in private message). If you feel like it, make a campfire in the fire pit or enjoy the opportunity to relax with the swing bed. We are a dog-friendly accommodation, feel free to arrive with your pets in both of our houses. You can find below information about the current surcharge fee. We provide children to play in the treehouse at the bottom of the forest. Our parking lot can accommodate a total of 5 cars at the same time. In the parking lot, we provide charging options for two electric cars at an additional cost (more information in a private message). We provide the presence of staff and reception at a varying time interval on our property. Daily cleaning is not in the buildings, one-time cleaning fee is included in the price. FOOD SCENES Breakfast can be requested at the accommodation at an additional cost. For our guests with food allergies and a vegan diet, we can prepare with a special breakfast. Our Private Dining Experience service is available for lunch or dinner during your stay. Our private chef prepares fine dining food specialties based on a pre-arranged menu. POOL, JACUZZI AND SAUNA We are no longer able to heat our pool due to the energy price changes in the world market at this time. The pool is operational from May to September. It is 4.5 x 11.5 x 1.25 m. There is an outdoor shower by the pool with 6 sunbeds and sunbathing cabins. The jacuzzi operates all year round, every day from 17.00 pm to midnight. It can be heated to a maximum of 40°C and can be used by up to 6 people at a time. Our sauna stands on a high ground in the small forest belonging to the plot. The 4-person cabin, with advance reservation and at an additional cost, can be used all year round, 0-24 hours (more information via private message). WINE CELLAR AND WINE TASTING We have collected outstanding wines from the region for you in our wine cellar. More than 20 winemakers, you can sample a total of 50 types of wine from the 400 bottle wine reseller in our cellar. You can use our wine cellar at any time without booking during your stay with us. If you want to have a wine tasting at a winery with us or an outside venue - even connected with an adventurous jeep tour, we are happy to help you organize. One can choose Ayurvedic yoga, vinyasa flowt, female or yin yoga but individual can be requested by request strengthening, stretching practicing or focusing on an area for example, a hip or foot stretch.
