Beautiful architecture, high ceiling, well maintained and antique pieces. The Hamilton Hoppin House is an historic house in Middletown, RI built in 1856. The oldest part of the house was designed by architect Richard Upjohn. It was built in an Italianate style in the mid-nineteenth century and it is one of the first Italianate stick-style houses to be built in the United States. The Hamilton Hoppin House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. - Our home can accommodate 18 guests for sleeping. - 9 rooms: 6 king bedrooms and 3 queen bedrooms. - Each suite has a private bathroom attached to it. *Message us for private event rates* - Please be aware that there is a caretaker living in the basement with a separate entrance.
