The space The hamlet where the Pila is located is very quiet. Children will be delighted to meet nearby farm animals such as goats, horses, chickens and roosters singing from time to time. Less than 1 km away you can reach the Ille-et-Rance Canal for waterfront walks on foot or by bike. The Kabuki Spa is also less than 1 km from La Pila for a most relaxing sensory journey. Depending on your preferences, you can discover the heritage of Romantic Brittany nearby, or access many famous tourist sites such as the privateer city of Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale or Mont Saint Michel. Rooms at La Pila are distributed over 3 levels. They are each unique in their color, style and layout. But they are all warm, offering storage options that are either modern, custom-made or in restored historic furniture. Two offices have also been created to accommodate remote work. The large niche of the library is conducive to serenity with its view of the garden and conviviality when it comes to sharing a game of board games. The climbing ramp next to the staircase introduces the desired playful side in the attic. Be careful, its slope can be impressive, young children will have to be monitored. Because the weather is not always mild in Brittany ;-) and we love games in the family, we wanted to devote a large space in the house that offers all possibilities for entertainment. Whether nestled in a niche for a moment of reading, for a frenzied game of foosball or at the controls of an arcade terminal plunging you back into the video games of the 80s-90s, the games area in the attic will delight young and old. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer at your disposal completes the services offered. Fully enclosed, the garden of the Pila offers 1600 m2 of space embellished with games such as a petanque court. It is connected to the courtyard facing the house which gives you access to the garage and the equipment available there (outdoor games, bicycles, plancha, deckchairs, Chileans, benches, etc.), as well as a large lean-to ideal for sharing grilled food in summer and for playing ping pong games sheltered from the wind. Guest access By booking La Pila, you have access to the entire cottage, garden, garage and inner courtyard. You will find the key ring in the box next to the front door.
