Savor the luxury of private lake access and a seamless private boat dock (*seasonal) during your stay and a private hot tub. Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the deck, grilling with family, or watching the stars from the hot tub, Ponderosa Pines offers the perfect setting for unforgettable summer memories. The space The main level features a stunning deck overlooking Wallowa Lake, while the lower level boasts a rejuvenating private hot tub and breathtaking views of the lake. Step into the superbly equipped galley-like kitchen, perfect for preparing unforgettable meals. Adjacent to the kitchen lies the sleek main bathroom and cozy queen-size bedroom. The open-concept dining and living areas offer ample seating, a smart flatscreen TV, and awe-inspiring views of Wallowa Lake. Upstairs, the loft features a queen and two twin beds, both with views of the impeccable living room and lake. The primary bedroom, located downstairs, showcases a lavish king-size bed, access to a lakeside deck with a private hot tub, and a convenient laundry room. Bedroom 1: king bed (downstairs) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (main floor) Loft: 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds Bathroom 1: Shower/tub combo (main floor) Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo (downstairs) * Access to dock and hot tub are through the lower-level bedroom. There is a curtain pull across you may use for added privacy. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal private docks are typically placed for Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These are placed and pulled by a 3rd party and several variables come into play such as lake levels, snow and company availability. We do our best, but these items are non-refundable items if a problem occurs with their timing of putting in the water and pulling from the water. Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. Small concrete patio on lower level with hot tub. No fires or firepits are ever allowed, due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 4WD/traction may be required in winter. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. NOT TRAILER FRIENDLY Guest access Guests have full use of this home. Other things to note *Please note docks are seasonal. Typically, Memorial Day-Labor Day depending on water levels. *Steep driveway, NO TRAILERS. There is free trailer parking for boats over on the South Side Marina. *No pets. Please note- Hot tubs - we do have a professional come in and clean hot tubs to keep them working and up to tip top shape. Sometimes things happen. If for some reason, there is an issue unfortunately that is beyond our control and will not be refunded. Please don't take our "fine print" below as anything other than helpful advice, but please do take it seriously. We want you to have a successful and relaxing stay. Here are things we think are helpful to a successful vacation: We provide a starter pack of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry soap. If you run out and need more, you will be responsible for those. Power outages are a thing up here. Local help doesn't have any more information than you do. Please refer to the Pacific Power website for ETA on outage and restoration. Please don't bombard our local helper as she is most likely also without power. Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. This vacation rental does not have cable, and you will need to bring your streaming accounts from home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. No fires and fireworks at any time due to the wooded area surrounding the home. No smoking of any variety on the property. Please help us keep this beautiful area green by doing your part. WiFi in our area can be a little slower and sometimes spotty. No refunds will be given for WIFI issues. Please turn the router off, let it sit for a full 2 minutes, then plug back in, and wait up to 5 minutes for the wifi to be restored before you reach out to our local help. She will ask you for a picture of the router to help troubleshoot it, so please include front and back images of the router when you text her. Please note we are a VERY RURAL area. Things like appliance repair or service calls can often take 24+ hrs. While we do our best to keep everything in tip top shape things do occasionally happen and we wanted to give you a heads up. Emergent situations- septic, flooding is a little different and we'll leave you a number in the house to reach out if needed.
