Visit my other Airbnb: A Furnished Apartment The space ~Everything in this space is constantly updated to give you a warm/cool and quiet space to reside. ~Flat screen TV is enclosed in the armoire for your viewing. ~Down alternative comforters for your sleeping pleasure so you are not too cold or too hot with unnecessary weight while you sleep. Additional lightweight blankets and pillows are available in the walk-in closet. Both beds have memory foam mattresses. ~Refrigerator is located in the room; bottom right of the armoire. -Microwave is located in the armoire. ~Bed and bathroom doors are lockable with a key. Privacy, safety, and quiet atmosphere will be found for the night ~Large, spacious bathroom ~Keyless entry code given upon your instant booking. ~Lighted switches to assist you with illuminating you to your space ~House numbers are painted next to my driveway to make identification of my town home easier. -Owner's bedroom is down the hall from the private bedroom and bath. -On street parking -Cats live on site, FYI Guest access ~Guests upon booking will be given a keyless entry code to access the home through the front door. -Please remove your shoes after entering my home. ~Please lock the front door as you are coming and going by pressing the picture of a lock on the keyless entry pad. Do not lock the door handle. ~Guests can also arrive 24/7 upon making arrangements. ~Very private during the spring and summer when the leaves are in full bloom. -Guests may not use any items from my kitchen for personal use ~Checking out? Guests may simply press the padlock picture on the keyless entry pad after closing the door, and the door will lock automatically behind you. During your stay ~If you've forgotten something I may be able to loan you something from my personal items. ~I do not allow guests to use my washer/dryer ~I do not allow guests to take items from my kitchen up to their private bedroom. -Cats live on site. Other things to note ~I attempt to model my Airbnb after a commercial hotel, except I do expect guests to be respectful of my property & as tidy as possible. If a guest decides to stay longer than 1 week, a weekly cleaning fee of $10 for washing of linens and towels will be applied per week. ~Once you have access to my home, you are free to come and go without notifying me. ~If you need me and don't see me, I'm probably in my home office; send me a message on Airnb and I'll respond :). ~I don't offer laundry services or access to my kitchen for full cooking activities. ~Two cats live in this home.
