We have all the amenities to make this your home away from home. This is an UPSTAIRS unit within a large cabin. It is seperate from the Lower Unit which can be found: airbnb.com/h/brownscabin The space Close to town but on 13 acres of open land. The cabin was built on our family farm as a way to share the property with others. The cabin was built with Airbnb in mind so although it truly is a cabin, the building itself is designed for 3 separate short term rentals. 2 of which are complete with a third coming soon. This unit is one of the upstairs units and is super unique and fun. Minutes from golf , tennis, patoka lake ( the 2 nd largest in Indiana) plenty of parking for boats and rv’s Guest access This unit is upstairs and on the west side of the cabin. This unit and the lower unit do not share any space except for the fire pit and parking area. Guests will access this unit with a PIN that will be used on the electronic door knob. Code will be sent to guest prior to arrival. Other things to note Fire pit is for everyone to use. Make yourself at home and use the entire property as there is a lot of room to explore. 13 acres
