Guests traveling with children under 10 are welcome to book, but they are responsible for determining whether the property is appropriate for their family and for supervising their children at all times during their stay. Pets are not allow in the property. If you violated this rule, you will be asked you leave the property and there will be NO REFUND Smoking inside is not allowed. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be applied This place is NOT a hotel, so you are expected to keep the place clean when checking out, otherwise, a cleaning fee of $40 extra will be apllied. Please notice that we only provide toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap and some essential needs at arrival, after that you must buy as you need.
