Not suitable for children or infants, this charming farmhouse is set up for couples seeking a peaceful retreat. With vintage charm, thoughtful touches, and a welcoming outdoor patio perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets, it's the kind of getaway people dream of owning. The space Set on 250 acres, this private farmhouse offers a complete peace and seclusion. There's no Wi Fi or television just the chance to truly unplug, though mobile reception is excellent if you need it. Only 4km (a five-minute drive) from the village of Fish Creek, it's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful countryside. Inside, the open living area features a cozy fireplace, and a split system, perfect for snuggling on cool nights. There is a king size bed with all linen provided plus a selection of books and games for quiet entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, water filter, and full fridge/freezer. We also supply coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and a well- stocked pantry with thoughtful extras. The laundry has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. We use Euclove products for cleaning throughout the house, beautifully made, natural gentle products. Step outside to enjoy sweeping farm views from two decks, surrounded by tranquil farmland. Guests love exploring nearby Fish Creek shops and cafes, the Great Southern Rail Trail, or heading to the beautiful beaches of Waratah Bay and Sandy Point. Foster and Meeniyan provide supermarkets for essentials, while Leongatha (30 minutes away) offers larger shopping options. Dogs are welcome, we love them too🐶💕 just be sure to check the "other details" section for guidelines before booking. Guest access Park on the gravel or under the carport only. Guests have full access to the main areas of the farmhouse and outdoor spaces. Please note that a few rooms along the right-hand side of the hallway are locked and not available for guest use. There is also a large shed separate from the house-this is private and not available for guests to enter. Other things to note Bringing Your Dog? 🐶 Please Check With Us First, 👍 Some breeds particularly heavy shedding dogs such as huskies are not suitable for the property. We love welcoming dogs, in saying that, we do ask guests to follow a few important rules: Dogs are not permitted on beds, linen or couches. Please do not leave your dog inside the house unsupervised at any time, and clean any dog hair before you leave. An outdoor pen is provided if you need to head out without your dog. Please feed and water your dog outside.
