There's great local eats, an incredible little theater for off Broadway shows, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, etc! In the winter there's a naturally occurring ice rink in the front yard and we have a bucket of skates for you to use if you wish. Feel free to bring your own skates or hockey sticks! Hit the slopes of Sunapee, Ragged, Pat's Peak and Whaleback all within 30min. The space Sunapeek offers a unique opportunity to spend quality time with friends and family in multiple large common areas and then retire to your own space. There is over 5,000sf of space to spread out or get together. The setup includes a primary bedroom with a king size bed over the garage that is adjacent to the game room with 3 bunks. This area sleeps 5 comfortably in beds. There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanity in this area as well. The other primary is located on the first floor on the East side of the home with an adjacent bunk room. The primary has a King size bed and the bunk room has a twin over a queen. They share a primary bath with a soaking tub, double vanity and large walk in shower with 2 shower heads. This area also sleeps 5 comfortably in beds. Travel up the stairs to the main second story and find a den with 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom off of it. There is a King size room, two Queen size rooms and a room ideal for kids with 3 twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom at the bottom of the stairs for overflow from these rooms. This area sleeps 9 comfortably. Sunapeek stands out with some unique surprises like a telephone booth and a Harry Potter room under the stairs. You can also enjoy Ping Pong, Pac-Man, chess and a cabinet filled with games and puzzles for the family to utilize. The home boasts a gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner Viking gas range and double oven. Other things to note Due to our serene, wooded location in New Hampshire, there may be occasional signs of seasonal wildlife particularly during the colder months. We maintain the home with the highest standards and take all preventative measures to ensure guest comfort.
