It’s also walking distance to the Southern Pines Brewery and BHAWK (Brad Halling American Whiskey Ko.) also on the route for the Pedal Pub and Bar Crawl Trolley. Private suite separated from the remainder of the house by a 🛋️/divider. Queen bed for 2 and if you have a third person a twin sized futon mattress or air mattress can be arranged. The space This beautiful house on a hill is walking distance to downtown and horse country. The train runs behind the house (and all through town) although is barely noticeable from the suite as long as the doors and windows are closed. Not all houses in Southern Pines block out the occasional sound as well as this one! Guest access Enjoy your private suite with access from the front door. You have a single parking spot right in front. If you have more than one vehicle, or an oversized vehicle please let me know ahead of time so I can best accommodate your needs. Additional areas of the house are only available with other listings. This listing has no human shared spaces inside as it is divided by a privacy screen. During your stay After check-in, my in person interaction is usually pretty minimal, but I am available via the Airbnb platform to help you have a wonderful stay. There may be a cat that you would need to close your bedroom door to. He is a neutered indoor/outdoor cat, and you are welcome to let him in or out of your suite and/or the house at your discretion, but it is certainly not required. Other things to note Use of the washer or dryer with this economical listing does cost extra, and must be prearranged, so may not always be available. If the host offers to do laundry for you though, to help fill a load, this is offered at no charge. There are also a couple laundromats just over a mile away. There are no shared spaces inside this economical listing so there is no kitchen or back yard usage. - There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in your suite for your exclusive private use. - The front yard, among the trees and pinestraw is fine for allowing paid pets to relieve themselves. Bags for the purpose will be provided complimentary with paid pets in your reservation. There are several steps to the front porch and door but none once you are inside.
