8th floor - Cond. Thermas Place - single suite

I am the owner and we rent suites in the Thermas Place condominium in Caldas Novas/GO. The package includes the suite (one bedroom/bathroom and balcony) for a maximum of 5 people, parking and access to the swimming pools. Linen or food is not included. When you book, you'll receive a reservation number that allows you to enter the condominium. Rentals are only allowed because we have all energy, condominium and other expenses up to date. The condominium has seven swimming pools with hot and cold water, for adults and children, a sauna, a court and a bar.... because it is a suite, it is not possible to cook, you can only make quick snacks because the room has a minibar and microwave... It is not allowed to go down to the pool area with food... because the condominium has a wet bar and restaurant in the area that serves all meals.... There is Wi-Fi available throughout the condominium... Guest access Access to the entire common area, swimming pools, sauna, reception and parking. Other things to note Thermas Place is a private condominium with its own rules and laws where collective spaces must be respected. Mandatory use of a security wristband to be paid at the reception for all persons over 6 years of age in the amount of R$ 10.00 (per person) once. * TV signal in the region is still analog; *Wi-Fi works best in the common area; * Internet operation depends on the local provider; * Food not included; * The Condominium has a cold water filter for all guests * There is no kitchen and you cannot use an electric grill, electric cooker and other high-power products. * There are no cooking utensils because it is not suitable for that. * In the condominium there is one parking space per apartment, extra cars will be charged an additional 20.00/day * Apartment with power blocker, you must leave the card for release and operation of the equipment, the minibar will work normally.
