Despite its immediate proximity to Bremen, the former artists' colony of Worpswede offers deep relaxation and deceleration as a recognized resort, surrounded by the ubiquitous artistic history of the village. The living area invites you to browse a wide selection of literature, the comfortable bed in the master bedroom allows a direct view into the forest through the window. Despite the perceived seclusion, the town center with its wide selection of cafés, restaurants, museums, galleries and shopping is only a few minutes' walk away. The Hamme, an idyllic river in the middle of the recreational area, also invites you to take walks or bike tours - in summer also to swim at the Hamme beach. Bremen with all the amenities of the big city is also only 30 minutes away by car. Other things to note From 01/01/2025, the state-recognized resort of Worpswede will charge a guest fee of €2.40 per person per night. A number of exceptions apply, for example for work-related stays or guests with special restrictions. The registration form can be filled out easily and uncomplicatedly before arrival and the guest fee can be paid via the third-party provider - all possible discounts are taken into account directly.
