Friary Cottage is a true hidden gem, tucked away opposite the local church on Friary Farm. The owners of this wonderful brick and flint building with medieval origins, have made it available for guests to enjoy. Friary Farm and Cottage are accessed by a long tree lined drive past the discreet and beautifully kept Caravan Park. The space The cottage offers spacious accommodation for couples wishing to enjoy the wonders of Blakeney and the North Norfolk coast. It has a huge garden round the corner from the cottage which leads to a brick and flint archway where there are beautiful views of the estuary and a path which leads to the quay about a five minute stroll away. From here you can access the coastal path for great walks with no need to jump in the car. The open plan downstairs incorporates a comfy sitting area with leather sofa and arm chair, TV with freeview and DVD. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob and a large fridge/freezer and the dining area has a table and four chairs. Upstairs there is a sizeable landing and a large bedroom with dual aspect windows giving a light and bright feel. The bathroom also leads off the landing and has been installed with a bath and separate walk in shower. There is parking for one car in the shared courtyard at the front of the cottage and full central heating to ensure you have a cosy stay even in the depths of winter. The log burner in the dining area is not used and is for decoration purposes only. All in all a charming little cottage in a quiet location but close to all the activities Blakeney has to offer!
