Located within a 1/4m to the Greenway w/in walking & riding distance to Oskar Blues, Ecusta Brewing, The Hub & Sycamore Cycles. Downtown Brevard, Restaurants & Shopping is 2.7 m. away by the Greenway or auto. Safe, locked, bike storage & outdoor bike wash. Fenced back yard with seating & fire pit. No smoking/vaping The space Our home is warm and inviting and a perfect place to start your Brevard adventures from. I work from home several days a week and am available for questions or referrals on things to do. Our home doesn't really have a separate space for guests to telework from during the day. There is no desk in the bedroom and the shared spaces are shared spaces with an open kitchen/living room format. There are several coffee bars in town that have free wifi and allow individuals to work from their spaces. We offer off-street parking in the driveway. There is easy access to the Bike Shed located in the back yard, for storing your ride. We have a fenced in back yard with seating and a fire pit to use. We do pay attention to burn bans in the region and can advise if a ban is in place during your stay. There is a water spigot located next to the driveway for use as a bike wash if needed. We have a bike rack system on this same side of the house for temporary storage or while you clean your bike from the days ride. The property sits near the Community Sports Complex and depending on the season, you may hear the strike of an aluminum bat or fans cheering after a soccer goal has been made. We don't allow eating in your room - and there is ample space in the kitchen area for you to enjoy a meal. Guest access You’ll have your own bathroom and bedroom; with shared kitchen, dining and living room space. Guests love my front porch and the relaxing rocking chairs there. We have the policy that rentals will only be let for those persons 22 years old and older. The space available is a bedroom with a Full Size / Double mattress and there is no option for a Queen bed.
