Room & Coffee at Grandma’s

Out of town travelers: get a great night of rest in a comfy, private 2nd floor bedroom with your own half bathroom (no shower) at this charmingly cozy 1940 home, and have coffee and breakfast served by Grandma M in the morning. You also have a coffee bar outside your bedroom. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get anywhere in Fargo Moorhead from here. You will have your own private small bathroom upstairs (apologies, there is no shower or bath available). The space Settle in to your private 2nd floor bedroom with heated mattress pad and an electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy all night. You have a small half bathroom (no shower) all to yourself. Start your morning with breakfast and coffee served by Grandma M. NOTE: This house was built in 1940 and has older staircases and narrow doorways. You will need to be able to climb stairs to get to your bedroom and bathroom. Those with limited mobility and guests who are big/tall will not be comfortable here. Guest access You will have a private guestroom and your own private half bathroom (no shower) upstairs with the second floor all to yourself. There is a coffee bar outside your bedroom. A second room across the hall will remain vacant during your stay. (There is a full bathroom on the main floor that is not for guest use.) I will be home but will not be in your way if you prefer to keep to yourself. If you enjoy visiting and or playing cards or a board game, or even watching a movie, that would be wonderful, but I will follow your lead on any interaction. Those with limited mobility and guests who are big/tall will not be comfortable here. During your stay I am sometimes away until evening but will be there in the morning to serve breakfast and coffee. If I am home in the evening, it’s up to you if you would like to visit or play cards or a board game. If you prefer to sit or read a book on your own or just retire early, I will follow your lead on any interaction preferences. Elderly folks with limited mobility or people with special needs and guests who are big/tall will not be comfortable or able to manage well.
