LIVING ROOM #1 (Upstairs/3rd Floor): - 50" Smart TV - Cozy seating with a pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space - Access to the private patio space with plenty of outdoor seating options GOURMET KITCHEN: This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals. The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six. Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - BBQ tongs - Complete set of knives - Coffee maker (Drip) - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use. Guest access PARKING: You will have access to a single-car garage and a parking spot in the driveway. If you are travelling with additional vehicles, there is street parking available along the fence at the entrance to Vista Heights. Please note that these spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible. Other things to note ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
