In the summer, the area is bustling with activities both on the lake and at the Chautauqua Institution, a cultural center that is only 2 miles away! It offers concerts, lectures, worship services and much more! The beauty of the colorful leaves lures people to the area in the fall. The snowfall in Mayville brings snowmobilers and ice fisherman to the area. Springtime is perfect for fishing, biking and hiking! This property is located close to the neighboring communities of Bemus Point and Westfield. Both offer a variety of restaurants and shops that are open year-round. If it's just peace and quiet you're looking for, enjoy the patio right at lakeside, complete with an umbrella table and a fire pit for our guests to enjoy.
