We are just minutes away from Cypress Bend Resort, many restaurants, grocery stores and a brand new state park with a public boat launch at the foot of the Pendleton bridge. Nestled in a quite neighborhood, with paved streets, and easy parking. Our home is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a gourmet kitchen and a large back porch with water front views.
