Clean Cozy Private Suite in Peaceful Denver Home

Private suite in beautiful home w creative gardens & modern amenities - perfect for those seeking a peaceful space to call home in Denver. The room features an exceptionally comfortable bed, attached private bathroom, large desk, TV, & walk-in closet. Our home has a mini gym, ping pong, bikes, & full kitchen. (option for home-cooked meals!) Safe neighborhood next to Cherry Creek Trail (extensive path w no cars!), just 15 mins from downtown. Ideal for focused study or work & a good deep sleep. The space You'll be renting 1 bedroom with an attached private bathroom, comfortable queen bed, big closet, large desk, desk chair, sitting chair - this is your private space. We also provide you with some fridge space, cabinet space, your own drip + pod coffee maker, and a bike to use on the extensive trail system right outside our door. Shared spaces include: outside, kitchen, dining, living room, game room, laundry, and a mini gym. The home is 2300 square feet with a large front and backyard, tons of parking, and ample space outside to enjoy sunny Denver days on the covered patio or in the gardens. Tons of light, super clean, well insulated, recently remodeled top to bottom, new air conditioning and heating, lot of pillows and blankets - designed for comfort and relaxation. The owners live on site (two people + one 12 year old 9 lb super chill sweet chiweenie). Owners have a few private rooms and then the rest of the house is shared. Owners cook everyday, work from home some days, putter around in the garden, and watch basketball. The home is large enough for multiple people to have their own private space and solitude if desired. We of course welcome you to cheer the Nuggets on with us! We value kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Safe ally space 🏳️‍🌈 Guest access Shared spaces include: outside, kitchen, dining, living room, game room, laundry, and mini gym. We also have a bike with helmet and lock for you to use. Owner-only access: our bedroom, our offices, our pantry. Your specific guest space = your private bedroom, your private bathroom accessible only from your room. Space in a pantry, fridge, freezer. Plus your coffee station. If you need something else, just ask and maybe we can accommodate you! During your stay We are friendly and can chat when we see you, or leave you to yourself if you prefer. Adam is an extrovert, Erin is an introvert. We respect both of those ways of being and want you to feel comfy with your desired level of interaction. When we are in town - We work from home and also manage a few businesses around town, so there is a good chance you'll see us rushing out the door on our way to a meeting, or working in our home offices. You'll also see us in the kitchen as we cook almost every meal at home. In warmer months we'll be working everyday in the gardens. At night you'll find us relaxing around the house decompressing from our busy days, watching basketball, a movie on the sofa, or sitting outside on the patio. We respect quiet time and just let us know if you need some outside of the 11pm-6am hours we set. It's not hard for us to shift our schedules to accommodate. Mali the dog is quiet and you'll be able to dictate the level of interaction you want with her - she's pretty cool like that and the sweetest pup you'll ever meet. Other things to note We prefer shoes off in the house (we are this level clean!). We do have a variety of slippers you can borrow.
